Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask Arsal Solutions to delete the personal information that AS Gateway holds about you. We do not use Facebook Login, so deletion is requested by email.
How to request deletion
Send an email to vickych.com@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- Account holders: the email address of your AS Gateway account.
- Message recipients: the phone number (with country code) that received or sent WhatsApp/SMS messages.
What we delete
- Account holders: your account, settings, connected WhatsApp/SMS service credentials, devices, contacts and message history.
- Message recipients: messages, replies and delivery records linked to your phone number.
We may keep a minimal record of the request itself, and information we are required to keep by law.
How long it takes
We confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm that you own the account or phone number.
Messages already delivered
Messages that were already delivered to a phone stay on that phone and in the recipient's WhatsApp or SMS app; we cannot remove them from devices we do not control.
