AS Gateway is a messaging service operated by Arsal Solutions. By creating an account or using the gateway, its API or its Android app, you agree to these terms.
AS Gateway lets a business send and receive customer messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API), through its own WhatsApp number connected by QR code, through SMS on its own Android phones, and through an API for point-of-sale (POS) and other business software.
You may only message people who have agreed to hear from your business (opt-in), and you must stop when they ask you to. In particular you must not use AS Gateway to:
WhatsApp messages must also follow the rules of WhatsApp and Meta. If you use the Official Meta (Cloud API) service you are also bound by them directly:
A WhatsApp number connected by QR code (Local WhatsApp) uses WhatsApp's linked-devices feature and is not the official Business Platform. WhatsApp may limit or ban a number that sends unwanted messages; the owner of the number is responsible for how it is used.
SMS messages are sent by your own Android phones and SIM cards. Your mobile operator's charges, limits and rules, and local telecom law, apply to them.
The gateway does not take online payments. Credits, plans and invoices are arranged directly with Arsal Solutions.
We work to keep the service running, but delivery depends on WhatsApp, Meta, mobile operators, phones and the internet, which we do not control. Messages may be delayed or not delivered, and the service may be paused for maintenance.
How we handle account and message data is described in the Privacy Policy. To ask for deletion, see Data Deletion Instructions.
The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, Arsal Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, lost business or messages that were not delivered, or for content that users send through the gateway.
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
